My short report to my modern house made in unreal.
Introduction
This report will show a part of my house and the furnishings I have done with the house in order to make it look more modern and fitting for a house.  This will include placement of the items in the correct house design even if they are not fully materialised yet.
My house designs
With my house design I have designed it to be a 4 room on the bottom and 5 rooms on the second floor with 5 bedrooms 2 bathrooms a living room and a kitchen.  I have added materials to major items such as cookers and washing machines so they look like they would within a modern house.
This picture displays a cube I have put a washing machine material on in order to allow it to look like a modern house and it is similar to the design of the cooker and fridge to allow the appeal of the house is more realistic.
 
This is a picture of the design of the balcony on which I used a material in order to make the balcony look more realistic and appealing to a modern house design.
This is the bath I have created within unreal using the normal cube and cylinder tool. I added the water once this was created it make it look more realistic to been a bathtub within a bathroom. 
 This is the toilet and sink I created within unreal to make my bathroom look modern. When doing this I also added a tile like wall tile as a material to fit the bathroom feel to the room. For the water within the toilet and sink I had used the water tool again.
This is the content browser and my own package that I had created within unreal so that any materials I would want to import onto the scene or any models would remain onto other computers as well.
Evaluation
Overall with my house I am pleased with the results however some parts were relatively easy when creating for the house such as the sink where it was a cube with a cut in for the sink part and water to add to the sink to make it realistic.
This shows the sink and the water, cut in and base of it to show how I found it easy.
Something that was hard however was the doors as I could not make the door open properly so I had to make them opaque but been able to walk though within the game.

 Inside of house door.  Creating the doors was easy to do but the programming in order to work with the triggers did not always work and sometimes would repeat and not show the movement.
For the silver metal I created it myself on photo shop.
This is the wooden floor I cropped to fit the 256 by 256 margin and used as my material.
This is to display the silver background for the items within unreal.
This is the white wall for lamp shades which I created on Photoshop as well.
This is the link on where I got the cooker which I will be using in order to crop and use for my house.
In order to make it fit within the unreal it had to be cropped and resized.
This is the black floor I will be using for my house which I created myself within Photoshop.

This navy blue which I have created within unreal to use for material.
I created an aqua blue for the house within unreal for my house using photoshop
I used Photoshop to create a simple light green colour for the house.
I used Photoshop to create a rainbow colour for a ceiling for my house within photoshop.
This is the wood I will crop and resize to fit 256*256 in order to add to my chairs, tables and cabinets for bedrooms or kitchens

My pink bed cover which I created myself in Photoshop in order to use in my house.
Red which I created on photo shop to use as a pillow or a wall paper for the house within unreal engine.
I used this to show any material I created myself or got from the internet and am using as a reference for my house that I have created.
